有機磷殺蟲劑賽達松鏡像異構物之分離與毒性

本研究以高效能液相層析配合Whelk-O 1對掌性層析管柱,在動相為正己烷與異丙醇體積比99:1時,可分離有機磷殺蟲劑賽達松 (phenthoate) 鏡像異構物,簡化傳統分離鏡像異構物的複雜程序。生物檢定試驗顯示:對於家蠅頭部乙醯膽鹼酯酶與馬血清丁醯膽鹼酯酶,(+)-賽達松與 (-)-賽達松之混合物抑制能力最強,(+)-賽達松次之,(-)-賽達松最弱。在水蚤毒性方面,(+)-賽達松與 (-)-賽達松之混合物毒性最強,(+)-賽達松次之,(-)-賽達松最弱。顯示 (+)-賽達松與 (-)-賽達松有協力作用 (synergism)

The Separation and Toxicity of Enantiomers of the Organophosphorus Insecticide Phenthoate

In this study, enantioseparation of phenthoate was achieved by means of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a Whelk-O 1 column. The mobile phase was 99% n-hexane plus 1% isopropanol (v/v). This method can be used in place of the conventional asymmetry synthesis approach. In bioassay tests, phenthoate enantiomeric mixtures showed the strongest inhibition, (+)-phenthoate showed medium inhibition, and (-)-phenthoate showed the weakest inhibition toward housefly acetylcholinesterase and horse serum butyrylcholinesterase. In toxicity tests on daphnia, phenthoate enantiomeric mixtures showed the strongest toxicity, (+)-phenthoate showed medium toxicity, and (-)-phenthoate showed the weakest toxicity.
